Sterling Bay has acquired 4.55 acres at 1509 W. Cortland St. in Chicago with plans to redevelop the property for commercial and residential uses.
The property was a former scrap yard and sold to Sterling Bay who plans to convert the site, and other nearby properties, into office, retail and residential buildings.
Paine Wetzel TCN Worldwide Principal Ed Wabick represented the seller in the disposition and developer Sterling Bay was represented by Colliers.
