Sterling Bay Companies has made Chloe Reaumond a vice president with the firm, a move that expands in-house commercial leasing capability at the firm and its growing portfolio of properties. Managing Principal at Sterling Bay Companies, Andy Gloor, made the announcement.
“With Sterling Bay’s continued growth over the last few years, we have gotten to know Chloe as she worked on some of our biggest leases,” said Gloor. “When we made the decision to bring more leasing expertise in-house, we knew Chloe would be a great fit at the firm. We’ll look to Chloe to help streamline the leasing process for us and use her great relationships and reputation to create significant opportunities for Sterling Bay’s projects.”
Reaumond, 29, joins Sterling Bay with over eight years of commercial real estate experience in Chicago. Most recently Reaumond was a vice president in CBRE’s Downtown Office Landlord Representation Group. Her team’s assignments included 1000 West Fulton, 111 North Canal, 980 North Michigan, 150 North Wacker, and 223 West Jackson.
