Sterling Bay Cos. has acquired a 12,400-square-foot industrial building in Chicago for $3.4 million.
The industrial building is located at 955 W. Randolph St. in the North Chicago industrial district. The building is currently anchored by tenant La Colombe Coffee.
Mark Nelson and Michael Nelson of NelsonHill represented the seller.
