Chicago-based Sterling Bay has signed a lease with Studio Three, a boutique fitness operator, at its new mixed-use development, 333 N Green. Situated in the Fulton Market neighborhood of Chicago, 333 N Green delivers prime office and retail opportunities in a fast-growing, convenient location.
Studio Three, offering interval, cycle and yoga classes, will occupy approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, slated to open in Q1 2021. Studio Three has been recognized as Classpass’ “Number One Studio in Chicago” in 2020. The Chicago-based business currently operates two studios located in Lincoln Park and River North.
“We’re pleased to work with Studio Three to bring a unique, sustainably-based wellness experience to Fulton Market,” said Andy Gloor, CEO of Sterling Bay. “Studio Three’s commitment to fostering community within its network of members is in line with our core mission of positively transforming the communities we work within by developing thoughtful, world-class spaces.”
“Studio Three is excited to partner with Sterling Bay,” said David Blitz, CEO and co-founder of Studio Three. “Sterling Bay’s properties not only attract a demographic that is well-suited to our business model, but their team also values attention to detail and is continually raising the bar for modern retail facilities.”
“We are excited to continue to promote fitness and wellness as a lifestyle at 333 N Green while maintaining the highest health and safety standards,” Blitz said. “We look forward to combining our member-first approach with the highest level of sanitation by integrating leading-edge technology, such as thermal cameras, with more spacious design in our changing and common areas, creating a nearly touchless experience outside of the classroom.”
The 555,000-square-foot, 19-story building completed construction in December 2019 and is now 87 percent leased with a roster of top-tier tenants. Advertising firm WPP serves as anchor tenant within more than 263,000 square feet and Sterling Bay will also be relocating its corporate headquarters to 333 N Green in Summer 2020.
Other tenants include EY wavespace, a 40,000-square-foot immersive innovation center created by EY, the big-four accounting giant; Convene, a leading provider of coworking space that occupies 95,000 square feet on over 2.5 floors, as well as manage the building’s ultramodern amenity offerings and Flexport, a fast growing logistics and technology company that will occupy 40,000 square feet on the 12th floor for its 200 local employees.
Featuring large, flexible floorplates and full-service tenant amenities, 333 N Green offers a private tenant lounge with grab-and-go food service, a full bar, several gaming areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a skydeck.
