Sterling Bay’s 360 N. Green, a brand-new Fulton Market office building anchored by Boston Consulting Group, has reached structural completion, topping out at 24 stories. The building, which broke ground last summer, stands as the first Fulton Market office structure located on the north side of Metra’s Union Pacific West line, crossing what was once considered the unofficial northern boundary of Fulton Market.
This nearly 500,000-square-foot office development will feature ultramodern amenities, including private outdoor terraces on every floor, and flexible, customized floor plates for future tenants. Boston Consulting Group has leased approximately 250,000 square feet already, with plans to relocate nearly 1,000 local employees from The Loop to Fulton Market.
The development also includes over 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and ample outdoor space to extend the pedestrian experience along Green Street.
