The six-building campus is situated on 13 acres in the city of Franklin. Amenities include walking paths, year-round water features, on-site café, and an interior courtyard with access to tenant spaces, providing a unique and collaborative environment. The property is currently 93 percent leased with major tenants including IASIS Healthcare Corporation, Fidelity Information Services, Triangle Tire North America, LLC, and King University. Dover Centre’s design has received numerous accolades from organizations including American Institute of Architects (AIA) of Middle Tennessee, National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), and Tennessee Chapter of American Society of Landscape Architects.
