Strada Real Estate Services, a leading multi-state commercial building maintenance and repair services company, has hired Mark Rokos as the company’s new Vice President of Operations.
Rokos brings with him over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, project management, and facility management. He is an expert in bringing facility management efficiency to multi-site and multi-state real estate operations.
As the principal in his previous firm, he developed facility and property management programs encompassing thousands of construction and maintenance projects. He is also the co-founder, former chairman and current board member of a multimillion-dollar 501(c)(3) home improvement retail chain that funds Chicagoland affordable housing initiatives.
As the V.P. of Operations, Rokos supports Strada Real Estate Services in the management and training of Strada’s in-house maintenance and repair technician crews, and ensures the success of the day-to-day operations of the business across client sites.
