Keith Getter is the new managing director of capital markets at Strategic Capital Partners. The hire is part of the company’s plan to expand into markets such as St. Louis and Nashville.
Before coming to Strategic Capital Partners, Getter served as president of Brookside Capital LLC in Baltimore. He also spent nearly 20 years as a real estate investment banker for Stifel Nicolaus and Legg Mason, also in Baltimore.
Getter will be based out of Strategic Capital Partners’ Chicago office.
