Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Strauss Realty announced the lease of an 18,000-square-foot industrial building at 1950 W. Carroll Ave. in Chicago’s Kinzie Corridor neighborhood. The long-term lease with Cassidy Tire & Service was brokered by Strauss Realty’s Craig Wolf, who represented the landlord, K&S Investments. The tenant was represented by CBRE’s Matt Cowie.

The industrial building is located at the corner of Carroll Avenue and Damen Avenue, just one block east of the Damen Green Line “L station”, which is currently being constructed. The new station at Lake Street fills a 1.5 mile gap between existing Green Line stations, serving people traveling to the Kinzie Corridor businesses and the United Center.

In addition to the 18,000 square feet of industrial space, Cassidy Tire & Service will also gain access to a large parking lot on the east portion of the property.
