Strauss Realty, Ltd.’s Craig Wolf & Dale Strauss successfully completed the sale of a 24,563-square-foot site in Irving Park, located at 2801 W. Montrose Ave., in Chicago.
Strauss Realty, Ltd. represented the sellers and Chris Irwin of Colliers represented the buyers. The subject property is situated at the prominent stoplight corner of Montrose & California, just across from Horner Park, one of Chicago’s most heavily used public park facilities. The location was formerly home to the longstanding Ruby Dry Cleaners, which will continue to do business at its new location, 2852 W. Montrose Ave.
