STREAM Capital Partners has arranged the sale and leaseback of a 40,760-square-foot industrial facility in Denton, Texas. The facility is occupied by EDSCO Fasteners, a leading manufacturer and distributor of anchor bolt cages for mission-critical infrastructure installations.
Chelsea Mandel and Jeff Lizzo of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller in the transaction.
“This was a great outcome for my client who will use the proceeds to pay down a portion of the company’s debt,” Mandel said. “The buyer is a local investor who seeks to own quality, single-tenant assets in the DFW area.”
