STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale leaseback advisory group, has negotiated the sale of a $2.66 million single-tenant property net leased to Hooters in Florissant, Missouri, about 17 miles from St. Louis.
The 5,048-square-foot Corporate property is located at 2765 N. US Highway 67.
The lease is structured as a NNN with less than nine years remaining. Phil DiGennaro and Jordan Shtulman of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller on the transaction.
