STREAM Capital Partners, LLC recently represented a Nashville-area seller in the $7.7 million sale of a short-term leased warehouse in the Nashville metropolitan area.
Looking to acquire industrial assets, a New York-based industrial investment group acquired the property. Sebastian Geoffrion and Jonathan Wolfe of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller on the transaction.
The warehouse is occupied by a tenant that has been in operation for more than 50 years. Geoffrion said that the property generated multiple offers.
