STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale-leaseback advisory group, has arranged the sale of Compass Group’s facility in Madison, Wisconsin.
The properties were situated along Daniels Street and Mustang Way.
Philip DiGennaro and Adam Baxter from Stream Capital Partners represented the seller in the transaction. Dominick Sulo of Marcus and Millichap represented the buyer.
