Stream Realty Partners announced its new management assignment of eight industrial properties in the Chicago suburbs from Agellan Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust.
Stream will oversee the properties which include about 314,000-square-feet of leasable area, according to the company’s statement.
Agata Szlezak, senior property manager, and Eric Arima, assistant property manager, will oversee the new properties along with Victoria Knudson, executive vice president of Stream Chicago.
