Stream Realty Partners added Brian Reaney to its Chicago office as Senior Vice President, where he will focus on office and industrial tenant representation.
In his new role, Reaney will work alongside Managing Directors Phil Geiger and Jordan Decker to continue expanding Stream’s tenant advisory platform in the Chicago market and beyond.
Reaney brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience, advising local, regional, and national occupiers on office and industrial real estate strategies. He joins Stream from Newmark, where he served as Managing Director, building a strong reputation for delivering results-driven, client-focused advisory services across multiple industries, including technology, manufacturing, medtech, insurance, and food services.
Reaney began his career in commercial real estate as an analyst at CBRE before transitioning into brokerage, with an early focus on Chicago’s northern suburbs. He later joined Grub & Ellis, which was subsequently acquired by Newmark, where he spent the last 12 years advising clients on both local and multi-market office and industrial requirements.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Reaney graduated from the United States Air Force Academy and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. As a financial officer, he managed more than $4 billion in funding supporting 12 operational businesses throughout the Middle East and was deployed to several countries, including Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Kyrgyzstan.
