StreetLevel Investments announced that its first tenants have opened at Village at Gateway, a multi-phase 152-acre mixed-use development in Forney, Texas.
Located at North Gateway Boulevard and U.S. Highway 80 in the 2,000-acre Gateway master planned development, Phase 1 will feature 750,000 square feet of premium retail, entertainment and restaurants.
According to estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), Forney’s population has more than doubled over the past decade — now exceeding 40,000 residents. Additionally, Kaufman County (which includes Forney) is the third fastest-growing county in the nation according to the U.S. Census.

David Copeland and Ryan Griffin of Edge Realty Partners secured the leases with these new tenants and are handling retail leasing and sales at the property. The property can accommodate a wide range of tenants from 2,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet. Pads are also available.
