Commercial real estate investment firm Strive brokered the sale of the Strickland Brothers retail center in McKinney, Texas.
The newly built retail center is 1,717 square feet.
Adam Gottschalk and Hudson Lambert of STRIVE represented the seller, a Texas investor. This was a 15-year lease with Strickland Brothers corporate that had rent increases throughout the primary and option periods.
