Scott Merz has been promoted to associate director in the Chicago office of real estate firm Studley.
Merz joined Studley in 2012 as assistant director. He brought experience from more than 1.75 million square feet in real estate transactions to that position.
Before joining Studley, Merz worked for eight years with The John Buck Company.
