Sturges Property Group brokered transactions bringing two national chain businesses to the Southtown Centre retail center in Southeast Fort Wayne, Indiana, Caliber Collision and Starbucks.

Sturges Property Group’s chief executive officer Barry Sturges, senior broker Neal Bowman and listing manager Phil Hagee were part of a team to help bring the nation’s largest collision repair provider, Caliber Collision, to the area. Caliber will build an additional chain store on 1.62 acres of land at 7851 Southtown Crossing. This development will be the company’s second storefront in Fort Wayne.

Sturges also worked with the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission as well as the Michigan-based developer, The Elia Group, to close on another major deal. Starbucks will lease and occupy a 2,225-square-foot building set to be built later this year at 7800 S. Anthony Blvd.
