Brady Gardner of Sturges Property Group represented landlord Fort Wayne Portfolio Corporation and tenant Summit Reinsurance Services in the renewal of a lease of 6,970 square feet of office space at 7030 Pointe Inverness Way in Fort Wayne.
Bowman and Hagee represented landlord Shorewood Shops in the lease of 1,950 square feet of retail space at 9906 Illinois Road in Fort Wayne.
And Bowman and Hagee also represented landlord Dupont Place-JM LLC and tenant Koontz Franchising Systems at Dupont, LLC, in the lease of 1,452 square feet of office space at 2894-B E Dupont Road in Fort Wayne.
