Sturges Property Group closes office, industrial and retail deals in Fort Wayne region

Sturges Property Group continued to close deals in and around Fort Wayne, Indiana, with the company notching a host of industrial, retail and office sales in the region.

Brady Gardner and Andrew Eckert with Sturges Property Group recently represented the landlord, the Trustee of Research Drive Industrial Complex, in the renewal of a lease of 3,500 square feet of industrial space at 2236 Research Drive in Fort Wayne.

Sturges’ Robert Doyle represented the seller, Baltimore Convenience Mart-IN in the sale of an 8,622-square-foot commercial building at 349 W. Main St. in Butler, Indiana.

Bill Cupp and Gardener, both with Sturges, represented landlord HDS LLC in the lease of 21,800 square feet of industrial space at 9202 Yeager Lane in Fort Wayne.

Kevin Ellis with Sturges represented the landlord, Fort Wayne Portfolio Corporation, and also represented the tenant, Fort Wayne Psychiatry, P.C., in the renewal of a lease of 2,138 square feet off office space at 3400 E. Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne.
