Sturges Property Group closes office lease in Fort Wayne

Sturges Property Group recently completed several deals in the Fort Wayne, Indiana, area.

Andrew Eckert and Robert Doyle, both of Sturges Property Group, recently represented the landlord, Fred Steury, while John Caffray, also of Sturges Property Group, represented the tenant, Prime Consulting Personnel, in the new lease of 2,362 square feet of office space at 11535 Leo Road in Fort Wayne.

Neal Bowman and Phil Hagee, also both of Sturges Property Group, represented the landlord Keystone Industrial Park, while Andrew Eckert, also of Sturges Property Group, represented the tenant, RECON Power Bikes, in the lease of 3,000 square feet of industrial space at 5423 Keystone Drive in Fort Wayne.

Eckert recently represented the tenant, Benson Pantello & Morris, LLC, in the lease of 1,892 square feet of office space at 10102 Woodland Plaza Cove in Fort Wayne.
