Sturges Property Group closes several deals in Fort Wayne area

Andrew Eckert of Sturges Property Group recently represented the Seller, Gregory Bolin, in the sale of a 1,308-square-foot commercial building on 0.6 acres at 1655 N. Wells St. in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Neal Bowman, Rebecca Worrell and Philip Hagee, all of Sturges Property Group, recently represented the landlord Dupont Place in the new lease of 2,683 square feet of retail space at 2892 E. Dupont Road in Fort Wayne to Books & Brews.

Bill Cupp and Brady Gardner, both of Sturges Property Group, recently represented the Seller, Inteplast Building Products, Inc., in the sale of a 189,684-square-foot industrial building on 12.04 acres at 230 Wabash St. in Millersburg, Indiana.

Eckert also represented the seller, Nemoir Manor LLC, in the sale of a 3,786-square-foot investment property at 915 Wilt St. in Fort Wayne.
