John Caffray and Andrew Eckert, both of Sturges Property Group, recently represented the landlord, Freedom Medical, in the lease renewal of 1,400 square feet of industrial space at 7616 DiSalle Blvd., Suite A in Fort Wayne.
Neal Bowman and Phil Hagee, both of Sturges, recently represented the landlord, Georgetown Professional Center, while Eckert represented the Tenant, Edward Jones, in the new lease of 1,394 square feet of retail/commercial space at 6430 Georgetown N Blvd. in Fort Wayne.
Bowman and Hagee represented the seller, William L & Rita A Sunderman, and also represented the buyer, Iron and Stone Enterprises, in the sale of 4,862 square feet of industrial property at 1350 Harris St. in Huntington, Indiana.
Bowman and Hagee, represented landlord Auburn Professional Village and tenant Miracle-Ear in the new lease of 1,524 square feet of office space at 1328 S Grandstaff Drive in Auburn, Indiana.
