The Building Owners and Managers Association of Suburban Chicago (BOMA/Suburban Chicago) will discuss the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s new vapor-intrusion rules during the next meeting of the association’s Industrial Specific Interest Group.
The meeting will take place May 6 at 8 a.m. at the BOMA/Suburban Chicago offices in Schaumburg, Ill. The event features a continental breakfast, networking and a program on the vapor-intrusion rules and their impact on real estate presented by Steve Angell, business development director with Bradburne, Briller and Johnson, LLC.
The Industrial SIG hosts quarterly programs with networking and is open to both BOMA/Suburban Chicago members and nonmembers involved in industrial property management.
