Summit Design + Build, LLC recently started construction of boutique, luxury condominiums at 351 W. Huron in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.
The new development from Northbrook-based Regency Development Group will feature just six loft-style residences, each claiming a full floor of the seven-story building. In total, the project measures 37,000 square feet with each four-bedroom, 4.1-bath condo coming in at 4,500 square feet.
Units, clad in high-end, imported finishes, will also have 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Kitchens will come equipped with Wolf, sub-Zero and Miele appliances, quartz countertops and Italian cabinetry. Each floor will also have a private 1,500-square-foot outdoor terrace overlooking the expanding Chicago skyline. For resident’s convenience, each unit is accompanied by a private garage pre-wired for electric car ports.
Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture is providing architectural services for the project. Chicago luxury real estate broker, Emily Sachs Wong, is handling marketing and sales of the property.
