Cushman & Wakefield/Summit Realty Group represented national developer Industrial Developments International in the lease of 412,808 square feet to Newegg in the company’s newly built Building 1 in the WorldConnect Ameriplex campus in Indianapolis.
Summit’s team of Andrew Morris, Jeremy Woods and Andrea Hopper partnered with Doug Armbruster and Jeremy Kraus of IDI and Mark Writt and Scott Belfer of CBRE to close this transaction.
Newegg is an online retailer and a newcomer to the Indianapolis market. The company plans to invest more than $15 million in the facility and plans to hire about 150 new employees in the Indianapolis area.
By leasing more than 412,000 square feet, Newegg is taking up a sizable amount of Building 1’s 795,472 square feet.
