Cushman & Wakefield/Summit Realty Group has closed the sale of Waterplace Park, a 113,546-square-foot four-building suburban office portfolio in Indianapolis located in the Meridian Corridor.
C&W|Summit marketed the property, located at 8935-9011 N Meridian St, on behalf of the seller, Keystone Realty Group, an established real estate manager based in Indianapolis. Evergreen Investment Corporation based out of Shelbyville, Indiana, purchased the asset.
The 69-percent leased value-add property was developed in 1980, and is located in the Meridian Corridor, Indianapolis’ largest and most dominant office submarket.
Waterplace Park is occupied by tenants including Mid America Clinical Laboratories, Omnisource and GoldPoint Clinical Research.
