One Penn Mark is a 145,000-square-foot eight-story building, while Two Penn Mark is a 95,000-square-foot five-story building.
Summit has hired Ryan Room as senior property manager and Beth Smith as assistant property manager. Jeff Abney has been promoted to chief engineer.
