Cushman & Wakefield/Summit Realty Group has been selected by True North Management Group LLC to manage the marketing and leasing services for BMO Plaza, a 673,000-square-foot Class-A office building and parking garage in downtown Indianapolis.
The 28-story, multi-tenant property includes on-site banking, dining and structured parking.
Summit’s leasing team of Bill Ehret and Nancy Gibbs took over agency services for the property on Nov. 1.
