NAI Hiffman represented Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada in its lease renewal with Innovative Marketing Solutions for 13,246 square feet of flex space in Schaumburg.
1320 N. Plum Grove, managed and leased by NAI Hiffman, is currently 86 percent occupied, with one available unit for 10,188 square feet. The 72,461-square-foot flex building offers a drive-in door with storage room, 18-foot clear height, flexible parking, access to I-90, I-290 and Route 53, and is in close proximity to restaurants and shops.
