Superior Exhibits & Design Inc. has renewed its lease on a 93,665-square-foot industrial building at 701-777 Lunt Ave. in Elk Grove Village.

The facility is easily accessible and in close proximity to three of Chicago’s major expressways and O’Hare International Airport.

With a wide-range of in-house capabilities, Superior Exhibits & Design is a full-service company specializing in the development of museum exhibits, tradeshow exhibits, events, corporate showrooms, retail fixtures and special projects. The company offers services that encompass all phases of project development from budgeting, design, marketing, fabrication, production and on-site installations for complete “turn-key” project execution.

Gerald Sullivan, principal of Paine/Wetzel / TCN Worldwide, worked on behalf of the tenant in the transaction. Tom Rodeno, Jonathan Kohn and Matthew Stauber of Colliers International represented the building owner, Colony Realty Partners.
