The property was purchased by Superior Felt & Filtration, a manufacturer of nonwoven textiles servicing many industries including medical, automotive, industrial, filtration and decorative markets. Superior Felt will relocate and consolidate from two facilities it currently occupies in nearby Lakemoor.
