Long-time Crossroads company, Superior Moving and Storage, plans to relocate within Kansas City and sell its portfolio, which contains two buildings and two vacant lots.
The portfolio consists of approximately 1.45 acres of land and 80,000 square feet of existing building area. The properties are located on both sides of Walnut Street, directly south of East 20th Street. This premier location is one block east of the streetcar route and adjacent to the planned Home2 Suites by Hilton.
Superior has yet to finalize their relocation efforts.
