Separately, AccuTemp Mechanical has leased 2,700 square feet of warehouse space located at 5732 95th Ave. in Kenosha, Wis. Sergio Chapa, vice president, and Jim Kettinger Jr., associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented building ownership, Zilber Property Group, in the transaction.
