A 6,000-square-foot mixed-use building sold at 615 W. Randolph Street in Chicago’s West Loop for $2,572,500, according to SVN | Chicago Commercial.
Donnie Madia of One Off Hospitality Group purchased the building and operates Michelin’s 2016 Bib Gourmand winning Avec Restaurant on the building’s first floor.
“This real estate deal has been in our minds since 2008 and we are very happy to have made it a reality. It has allowed us to keep continuity for our staff and guests and look forward to future opportunities in the space,” Madia said.
Scott R. Maesel, Chad Schroedl, and Drew Dillon of SVN represented the seller in the transaction.
