Prior to joining SVN | AuctionWorks, Flores worked as the realtor relations manager and leasing coordinator for MACK Industries. His responsibilities included promoting team operations and coordinating the leasing of residential portfolios valued in excess of $125M. Previously, Flores served as a field acquisitions asset manager for MACK Industries where he was responsible for the underwriting of new acquisitions, providing in-depth market and rent analysis. The asset management knowledge and investment analysis experience Flores obtained while there allows him to better serve and understand his clients.
