Paul Cawthon and Angelo Labriola of SVN Chicago Commercial sold 1800 S. Carpenter St., an 11-unit, mixed-use building in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood.
The Cawthon|Labriola Group represented both sides of the parties involved in the transaction.
The out-of-state, non-continental buyer was able to secure funds through a Freddie Mac SBL with just over a 7% CAP rate. The asset transacted for $3.405 million.
