Tim Rasmussen and Marcus Sullivan of SVN Chicago Commercial’s Restaurant Resource Group helped secure the sale of a 6,800-square-foot mixed-use building at 5212 N. Clark St. in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
The team secured a local neighborhood buyer who plans to convert the ground-floor commercial space into medical use as an owner/operator while also achieving one of the highest prices per square foot for an Andersonville mixed-use property.
SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller involved in the transaction. The asset sold for $2.27 million.
