The seller, Liberty Commons, NFP, was represented by Jennifer Hopkins and Olivia Czyzynski of SVN Chicago Commercial’s Next Level Team, along with Jay Scholten and Scott Fedyski of Capital Real Estate Partners. The buyer was represented by Adam Johnson of NAI Hiffman.
Despite ongoing scrutiny of the office sector, the well-maintained asset garnered five qualified offers and went under contract within three months of hitting the market, highlighting the sustained demand for high-quality suburban office product in the Chicago metro area.
