SVN Chicago Commercial’s Cawthon-Labriola Group closed the sale of the former Providence of God Church campus located at 1814 S. Union Ave. and 717 W. 18th St. in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood.

The 40,623-square-foot, two-building campus, situated on 29,475 square feet of land, and sold for $1,850,000.

The property features a 26,365-square-foot two-level church, a 14,259-square-foot three-level school building, and a private parking lot accommodating approximately 15 vehicles. With direct visibility from the I-90/94 expressway, the site offers a highly accessible and prominent location in the heart of Chicago’s Lower West Side.

The campus was acquired by an expanding church congregation, preserving the property’s use as a long-standing community institution.
