SVN Chicago Commercial brokered the sale of a ±80,000-square-foot land parcel with approximately 300 feet of Chicago River frontage at 2221 W. Oakdale Ave. in Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood.
The site sold for $5.95 million to developer Zev Salomon of ZSD Corp., who plans to transform the long-vacant parcel into a 35-unit row home community called “RiverWard Row Homes.”
SVN Chicago Commercial’s Wayne Caplan and Adam Thomas represented the Seller, while Matthew Lucas of Accretive, LLC, and Kale Realty advised the Purchaser in the transaction.
