SVN Chicago Commercial brokered the sale of the property at 1934 W N. Ave. in Chicago. The sale was arranged by SVN’s Tim Rasmussen, Adam Napp, and Chad Schroedl, who represented the seller in this significant transaction.

The building dating back to 1907 is situated at the corner of North Avenue and North Winchester Avenue, near The Robey Hotel. The buyer, Envoi Partners LLC, plans to restore much of the building’s historical character, preserving its rich legacy.

The property spans approximately 16,400 square feet and holds a notable place in Chicago’s history, having been the filming location for MTV’s The Real World Chicago in 2001, and later home to Cheetah Gym and Verge Gym.

Envoi Partners LLC has plans for a complete renovation of the building, including the addition of nine rental units on the second and third floors. The first floor will be modified to meet street-level accessibility, enhancing the overall structure and usability.
