Tobin represented the seller involved in the all-cash transaction. The 50,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution building features APEX windows and is zoned I-3 allowing for outside industrial use.
The asset sold for an unnamed amount to a local buyer planning on relocating their business from Elk Grove Village to Wheeling.
