SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller of 1757 N. Kimball Avenue in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood. The approximately 48,000-square-foot industrial/flex building—which is located directly on the 606 Trail on an approximately 36,000-square-foot site—sold for $3,550,000.
“A great property at an amazing location,” said Wayne Caplan of SVN Chicago, who facilitated the transaction. “There simply aren’t many industrial flex buildings left that literally touch the 606 trail that haven’t been redeveloped,”
