SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller of 1757 N. Kimball Avenue in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood. The approximately 48,000-square-foot industrial/flex building—which is located directly on the 606 Trail on an approximately 36,000-square-foot site—sold for $3,550,000.
