SVN Chicago Commercial facilitated the sale of a 1.25-acre Retail Land/Pad Site at 24014 Showplace Drive/2643 Forgue Drive along the Route 59 Corridor in Naperville, Illinois. The land asset sold for $1.4 million to an out-of-state buyer.
Paul Cawthon and Angelo Labriola of the Cawthon-Labriola Group of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
“The 1.25-acre corner site was originally intended to be a bank branch, but the location and heavily traveled Route 59 exposure made it a great fit for future automotive use,” said Labriola.
Working closely with the village of Naperville through multiple variances, closed municipalities and delays due to COVID-19, Cawthon and Labriola successfully closed the deal in 18 months. The owner intends to use the site for automotive uses.
