SVN | Chicago Commercial brokered the sale of an industrial warehouse at 1745 Irish Indian Trail in Joliet, Illinois. Ultimately, the asset sold for $1,450,000 to local investor ISP Joliet, LLC.
Beverly Hayes and Karen Kulczycki of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the owner, moving from contract to close in 42 days, at a near-record closing price for the area. This unique industrial space generated a lot of interest and attracted multiple potential buyers.
“We were inundated with interest from the first day and knew this would close quickly,” said Kulczycki.
