Sperry Van Ness, LLC has just completed the sale of a 24 unit multi-family building located at 6701-05 Stanley Avenue in Berwyn. Cody Doran and Reid Bennett, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness, LLC were the sole brokers in the transaction. The building sold for $1,175,000. “This was a clean deal for the buyers even though there were many obstacles to overcome during the escrow period,” Doran said.
“This deal was representative of the attention to detail and effort we exude whether the transaction is $1 million or $20 million,” Bennett added.
