Sperry Van Ness, LLC has completed the off-market sale of 4800-06 N Avers Avenue in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood.
The multifamily/mixed-use building consists of twenty apartments and boasts an array of ground-level commercial storefronts. Dawn Overstreet of Sperry Van Ness, LLC sold the investment property for $1,700,000.
“The property offered tremendous upside given its location in the Albany Park neighborhood. The large corner lot provided 22 parking spaces in the back for commercial and residential use and a diverse mix of commercial storefronts with one, two, and three-bedroom apartments on the building’s upper levels. The storefronts include a restaurant, bakery, barber shop, grocery store, cigar shop, and flower shop,” Overstreet said.
